When and where will the conference take place?
The conference will take place on Thursday, September 15 to Saturday, September 17 at the Renaissance Washington DC Downtown Marriott in Washington, D.C.

Can you provide the closest metro location to conference?
Metro Center is the closest station (Blue, Orange, Silver, and Red lines). Once departed from the station follow signs to the Grand Hyatt Washington Metro. 

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?
Please visit the BC3 Conference Hotel and Travel Page for information. 

Who should attend?
Primary Care Physicians, Oncology Nurses and Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Genetic Counselors, Hospital Administrators and other members of the Healthcare Team who have an interest in the treatment of breast cancer patients.

When does online registration close?
Online registration will close at 12 p.m. on September 14 and will re-open on-site at an increased rate. Register now to save on registration fees.

What meals will be served at the conference?
Please check agenda for scheduled breaks where food and beverages may be provided.

Where can I download the presentations for BC3 2022?
A link of all BC3 2022 presentations will be emailed to all attendees within one week after the BC3 Conference.

When will I receive my CE Hours? 
All attendees who have attended the BC3 Conference will receive an email after the BC3 Conference with a link to complete an evaluation and attest to your CE hours.  Once your evaluation has been completed, you will be able to print your CE Certificate ad MedStar CE Transcript. 

Will there be a new mothers (or nursing) room available to attendees?
We are happy to provide one upon request!
